- 2 (17 oz.) cans cream-style corn
- 1/4 chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. coarsely broken crackers
- 1 c. Carnation milk (undiluted)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 spoon pepper
- 8 oz. pkg. sausage links
Directions

1Combine corn, green pepper and onion.

2Place half the mixture in bottom of a 10 x 6 x 2-inch buttered baking dish.

3Sprinkle 1/2 the crackers over the corn and add the remaining corn. Sprinkle the remaining crackers over the corn mix.

4Mix the milk, salt and pepper and pour over the corn mix.

5Dot with 2 tablespoons butter and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

6Brown the sausage links and serve on top of the baked corn.
