- 1 pan corn bread
- 5 or 6 biscuits
- 5 or 6 slices bread
- 1 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 2 or 3 tsp. sage to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- broth from giblets or can use milk
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Melt butter in pan.

2Mix in celery and onion.

3Cook until soft and yellow.

4Mix remaining dry ingredients together and add celery and onion.

5Add eggs and broth.

6Put in baking dish and bake at 400° for about 30 minutes.
