  • 8 oz. creamed corn
  • 8 oz. Niblets, drained
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 oz. butter or margarine
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.
