  • 2 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 box crushed Cheez-Its

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients and put into 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Bake, covered, 20 minutes at 350°.

    Melt margarine with Cheez-Its and spread on top.

    Bake uncovered 15 minutes more.
