  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Melt the stick of margarine in a baking dish and pour into the other ingredients in a mixing bowl.

    Stir well.

    Return to the baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
