Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. diced, cooked, peeled potatoes
  • 1 c. diced, fully cooked ham
  • 2 c. sweet corn (fresh, canned or frozen)
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    In a heavy saucepan, cook the onion in butter until tender. Add all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
