- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. diced, cooked, peeled potatoes
- 1 c. diced, fully cooked ham
- 2 c. sweet corn (fresh, canned or frozen)
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a heavy saucepan, cook the onion in butter until tender. Add all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.

2Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
