  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 - 8 oz. can whole corn, drained
  • 1 - 8 oz. can creamed corn
  • 1 - 8 oz. box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 - 8 oz. container sour cream

Directions

    Melt butter, add eggs and rest of ingredients.

    Pour into 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees, about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
