- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 12 saltine crackers
- 2 c. cream-style corn
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Combine eggs, sugar, cornstarch, salt, pepper and milk in blender container; blend thoroughly.

2Gradually add saltines, blending well.

3Add corn and blend on low setting for 30 seconds or just until mixed.

4Pour mixture into greased 2-quart casserole. Add butter (in one chunk).

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour. Serve immediately.
