- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 c. strong chocolate raspberry coffee
- 2 large eggs
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- whipped cream (optional)
- fresh raspberries (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Grease and flour a Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan.

3In a heavy medium saucepan, combine the chocolate, butter and coffee.

4Cook over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.

5Remove the pan from the heat and cool for 15 minutes. Beat in the eggs.
