Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. red bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. half and half
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
  • 1 can Del Monte cream-style corn

Directions

    Saute onions, including tops, and bell pepper in butter.

    Add remaining ingredients and bake in a deep baking dish (10 x 7 1/2 x 3-inch) for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350° or until center has cooked and knife comes out clean when inserted.
