  • 16 oz. frozen corn
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • jalepeno pepper (2 tsp. or to taste) i use chopped pepper in jar in pickle aisle.

    In a saucepan melt butter and cream cheese over medium heat. mix in milk. cook until smooth. in a casserole dish sprayed with PAM add corn and peppers. pour sauce over top and bake 40 minutes at 350.
