  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. drained whole corn
  • 5 chopped hot dogs

    Mix cornbread mix and brown sugar in a bowl.

    Add eggs and milk.

    Add corn and hot dogs.

    Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400° for 14 to 18 minutes.
