- 1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- syrup (optional)
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1Heat oil to 400 degrees.

2In a bowl mix all of the ingredients together.

3JUST UNTIL BLENDED.

4Drop bater by Tablespoon full into hot oil.

5Do not add too many at once or it will lower your oil temperature.

6Fry 3 to 5 minutes turning once.

7Remove, drain on paper towel.

8Serve warm drizzled with syrup.
