  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 6 whole Large Eggs
  • 2 cups Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cups Butter, Melted
  • 6 cups Corn, Fresh Or Frozen

Directions

    Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350.

    Combine first 4 ingredients.

    Whisk together eggs, whipping cream and butter.

    Gradually add sugar mixture until smooth. Stir in Corn.

    Pour into dish and bake for 45 minutes until golden brown and set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
