- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. corn kernels
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
Directions

1Combine eggs with corn kernels.

2Mix all dry ingredients.

3Add dry ingredients to corn mixture.

4Stir in melted margarine and milk.

5Mix thoroughly.

6Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole or baking dish.

7Place casserole in a large pan of hot water. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until firm.
