- 2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine 1 can corn, eggs, sugar, pepper, butter, milk, cornstarch and salt in blender until well mixed.

2Add second can of corn; pour into buttered baking dish.

3Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then at 325° for 40 minutes, until brown and firm.
