  • 2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine 1 can corn, eggs, sugar, pepper, butter, milk, cornstarch and salt in blender until well mixed.

    Add second can of corn; pour into buttered baking dish.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then at 325° for 40 minutes, until brown and firm.
