Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 (6 oz.) box corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded cheese (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean.

    If desired, add grated cheese about 10 minutes before casserole is finished baking.
