Ingredients

  • 2 Cups fresh corn, cut from the cob, when not in season use, canned whole kernel corn or frozen corn
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Cups milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except milk and butter.

    Add butter to milk and heat so that butter melts.

    Add to corn mixture.

    Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole.

    Bake one hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
