- 2 Cups fresh corn, cut from the cob, when not in season use, canned whole kernel corn or frozen corn
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Cups milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together except milk and butter.

2Add butter to milk and heat so that butter melts.

3Add to corn mixture.

4Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole.

5Bake one hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
