  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. Silver Queen corn (brand: John Cope, double cut; if frozen, let thaw)
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Melt butter in 8 x 8-inch pan.

    Combine all other ingredients and pour into same pan butter is melted in.

    Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes. Stir once after about 15 minutes.
