- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Brush a 3-quart dish with some of the butter.

3Mix all together until blended.

4Pour into casserole. Cook for 50 to 55 minutes.

5(Insert knife to test for doneness.) Cool slightly before serving.
