  • 1 stick butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Brush a 3-quart dish with some of the butter.

    Mix all together until blended.

    Pour into casserole. Cook for 50 to 55 minutes.
