  • 1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. Minute rice
  • 1/2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese

Directions

    In bowl, combine eggs, milk, onion, eggs and pepper.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Pour into ungreased casserole.

    Bake 40 to 50 minutes in 350° oven or until a table knife inserted 1-inch in center comes out clean.
