- 1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1/2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In bowl, combine eggs, milk, onion, eggs and pepper.

2Stir in remaining ingredients.

3Pour into ungreased casserole.

4Bake 40 to 50 minutes in 350° oven or until a table knife inserted 1-inch in center comes out clean.
