Ingredients

  • 18 ears corn, cut off (not scraped)
  • 1 medium cabbage head, chopped
  • 3 or 4 red sweet peppers
  • 3 or 4 green sweet peppers
  • 1 pt. jar mustard
  • 12 onions, chopped
  • 2 1/2 pt. vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 3 hot peppers (for medium) or 6 (for hot)

Directions

    Cook corn in 1 1/2 pints vinegar and 1 cup sugar for 20 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and cook for 20 minutes more. Can and seal.
