Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 qt. cut corn (10 to 12 ears)
  • 1 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1 c. chopped red peppers
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 1 qt. vinegar (white)
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • 3/4 c. water

    If fresh corn is used, boil corn for 5 minutes.

    Dip in cold water.

    Cut from cob and measure.

    Combine all ingredients and boil gently for 20 minutes.

    Pack while boiling into hot sterilized jars.

    Be sure vinegar solution covers all vegetables.
