- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. saltine crumbs (about 2/3 pack)
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter (dot casserole)
- 1 small onion, grated
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Put corn in mixing bowl.

2Add crackers and beaten eggs.

3Add cheese, milk and grated onion; stir well.

4Bake in greased casserole for 35 minutes in 375° oven.
