Ingredients

  • 2 c. fresh corn (4 ears) or 1 can kernel corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 scant tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Add salt, sugar, pepper, flour and melted butter to cut corn. Add beaten eggs and milk to corn mixture.

    Pour into greased baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, or until set.
