- 2 c. fresh corn (4 ears) or 1 can kernel corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 scant tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Add salt, sugar, pepper, flour and melted butter to cut corn. Add beaten eggs and milk to corn mixture.

2Pour into greased baking dish.

3Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, or until set.

4Serves 6.
