  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Combine eggs, muffin mix, cream style and whole kernel corn, sour cream and butter.

    Spread in 11 x 7 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° about 50 minutes, until knife comes out clean.
