Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz. size)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except cheese.

    Place in a greased 2-quart casserole and bake about 35 minutes at 350°.

    Sprinkle cheese on top and bake another 10 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when tested.
