- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine all ingredients and spoon into greased muffin cups.

3Set in pan of water and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.

4Loosen edges and turn out onto serving platter.
