  • 1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Combine all ingredients and spoon into greased muffin cups.

    Set in pan of water and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.

    Loosen edges and turn out onto serving platter.
