- giblets
- 1 pone cornbread
- 5 to 6 slices bread
- chicken stock
- 1 medium onion
- 2 to 3 stalks celery
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Boil giblets for stock.

2Saute chopped onion and celery in butter until just done, not brown.

3Crumble cornbread and moistened bread slices in bowl with enough stock to moisten.

4Add all other ingredients with bread and enough chicken stock to make it real soft.
