  • cornbread
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. water
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion soup mix, mushroom soup, chicken broth and 1 cup water. Simmer for about 25 minutes. Mix the meat mixture with crumbled cornbread. Put into 9 x 13 baking dish in the oven for about 20 minutes at 350°.
