  • 3 to 4 Diced Hotdogs
  • 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 packages Roasted Corn (12 oz. bag)
  • 1 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 1/3 cup Milk (or as needed)
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

    Preheat oven to 375F

    Grease muffin pan...this makes exactly 12 muffins.

    Set pan aside.

    Slice your uncooked hotdogs.

    Set aside.

    Steam your corn.Beat eggs and Add jiffy mix,butter,milk,sour cream, honey, brown sugar and cooked corn.

    Incorporate ingredients.

    Stir in diced hotdogs.

    After all ingredients are incorporated,fill your muffin tin with the batter.

    Bake in oven at 375 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
