  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1 1/2 c. egg noodles, broken and cooked
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • garlic to taste

Directions

    Cook noodles as directed on bag. Drain. Combine other ingredients, saving enough cheese to top casserole.

    Mix well. Pour into baking dish and cook at 325° for 30 minutes or until sides bubble and cheese melts.
