  • 2 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 1/3 c. hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/3 c. tomato juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. celery, chopped finely
  • 2 tsp. onion, chopped fine
  • 1 c. corned beef, shredded
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Directions

    Dissolve jello in hot water; add lemon juice and tomato juice. Cool until slightly thickened.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Let set several hours. Serve on greens.
