Corned Beef Stuffed Peppers

- 6 large green peppers
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
- 1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 7 to 8 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Remove tops and seeds from peppers; cook peppers in boiling water until almost tender or about 5 minutes; drain.

2Mix corned beef and next 4 ingredients.

3Fill peppers, top with buttered bread crumbs.

4Put tin foil around the bottom of peppers and put in a baking dish with a little water.

5Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
