  • 6 chicken breasts, skinned (or 6-8 pieces, white or dark)
  • 2-3 c. corn flakes, crushed
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • margarine or butter

Directions

    Roll chicken pieces in evaporated milk.

    Then coat thoroughly with crushed corn flakes.

    Place pats of butter or margarine over chicken.

    Pour remaining evaporated milk over chicken.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Bake at 350° for 60-90 minutes.
