- 6 chicken breasts, skinned (or 6-8 pieces, white or dark)
- 2-3 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1 can evaporated milk
- margarine or butter
Directions

1Roll chicken pieces in evaporated milk.

2Then coat thoroughly with crushed corn flakes.

3Place pats of butter or margarine over chicken.

4Pour remaining evaporated milk over chicken.

5Salt and pepper to taste.

6Bake at 350° for 60-90 minutes.
