- 1 yellow squash, chopped
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste

1In large skillet, pour 2 tablespoons leftover bacon drippings or cooking oil.

4Once everything starts frying well, turn heat to medium or medium-low.

5Cover with lid and let cook 25 to 30 minutes.
