- 1 1/4 cups half-and-half
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 16 ounces imitation crabmeat (flakes or chunks)
- 6 ounces fettuccine pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat, stir in flour.
