  • Shelled crab pieces (or shrimp) steamed
  • Mixed italian vinegarette
  • 3 cloves roasted garlic
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon chicken granule stock
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Dash of red pepper flakes (if desired)
  • tomato, peeled and diced
  • chopped parsley
  • 2 anchovey filets
  • Toasted french bread slices

Directions

    Mix vinegarette, pepper flakes, crushed anchovey filets, crushed garlic cloves, olive oil, chicken granules and parsley.

    Lay crab (or shrimp) in dressing.

    Marinate a few hours or over night.

    Add chopped tomato.

    Serve with toasted french bread slices.
