- Mixed italian vinegarette
- 3 cloves roasted garlic
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon chicken granule stock
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Dash of red pepper flakes (if desired)
- tomato, peeled and diced
- chopped parsley
- 2 anchovey filets
- Toasted french bread slices
Directions

1Mix vinegarette, pepper flakes, crushed anchovey filets, crushed garlic cloves, olive oil, chicken granules and parsley.

2Lay crab (or shrimp) in dressing.

3Marinate a few hours or over night.

4Add chopped tomato.

5Serve with toasted french bread slices.
