- 1/4 c. green onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs.
