Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 lb. crabmeat
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. milk
- 1 rib celery, diced
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- Tabasco to taste
- soy sauce to taste
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- 3/4 stack saltine crackers, crushed fine
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Combine crabmeat, mayonnaise and milk and set aside.

2In skillet brown celery, diced onion and green pepper in butter.

3Add to crabmeat mixture.

4Add about 2 shots of Tabasco sauce and several squirts of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

5Add enough cracker crumbs to make mixture thick enough to bake.

6Top with additional cracker crumbs and dot generously with butter.

7Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes, until brown and bubbly.

8Makes 4 servings.
