Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 slices white bread, cubed (crusts removed)
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- a few dashes of pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Melt 1 tablespoon margarine or butter.

2Mix in flour.

3Slowly add milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Add onions, Worcestershire sauce and bread cubes; let cool.

4In a separate pan, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and crabmeat. Gently fold crabmeat into the sauce mixture. Spoon mixture into shells.

5Make topping by stirring together mayonnaise, lemon juice, egg, salt and pepper. Spoon over filled shells.

6Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 450° for about 10 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
