- 1 c. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 7 1/2 oz. crab meat
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. biscuit mix
- 1 tsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in 1 teaspoon oil until tender. Drain.

2Pat crab meat dry on paper towel.

3Put in 10-inch deep pie plate.

4Spoon in onion.

5Sprinkle with cheese.

6Mix remaining ingredients in blender; pour evenly in pie plate.

7Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

8Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
