- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 12- oz imitation crabmeat
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1In a medium skillet, saute the green pepper and onion in the butter for 3 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

2Stir in imitation crabmeat, and saute for another 3 minutes.

3Remove from heat and put mixture into a medium bowl.

4Stir in mayonnaise.

5May be served warm or cold.
