  • 1 lb. lump crabmeat
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. green onions (tops included)
  • lemon juice to taste
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 8 English muffins
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 slices American cheese

Directions

    Combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions and seasonings.

    Blend well.

    Gently fold in crab and refrigerate overnight.

    When ready to serve, spread crab mixture on muffins; top with tomato slices and cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
