- 1 lb. lump crabmeat
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. green onions (tops included)
- lemon juice to taste
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 8 English muffins
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 8 slices American cheese
Directions

1Combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions and seasonings.

3Gently fold in crab and refrigerate overnight.

4When ready to serve, spread crab mixture on muffins; top with tomato slices and cheese.
