- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 c. light cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
Directions

1Sprinkle cheese evenly over bottom of pastry shell.

2Top with crabmeat and sprinkle green onions.

3Combine eggs, cream, salt, lemon peel and dry mustard.

4Pour over crabmeat.

5Top with almonds.

6Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
