- 12 ounces, weight Fresh Cranberries
- 2/3 cups Splenda, Granular
- 1-3/4 cup Water
- 1 package Unflavored Gelatin, 0.25 Ounce Packet
- 1 cup Peeled, Diced Apples
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple (3 Oz.)
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, add cranberries and Splenda to 1 3/4 Cups water. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until berries begin to pop, about 10 minutes.

2Once berries have popped, remove saucepan from heat, add gelatin, apples and cinnamon and mix well.

3Put into a serving dish and chill in fridge for several hours (or overnight). Stir in pineapple just before serving.
