  • 1 pkg. raspberry jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. plain gelatin, dissolved in 1 c. pineapple juice, then melted over hot water
  • 1 c. ground raw cranberries
  • 1 orange and rind, ground fine
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Dissolve jello in boiling water; add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple-gelatin mixture.

    Stir until blended.

    Chill until partially set; add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into ring mold. Chill until firm.
