2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the liquid ingredients together well.

Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring as you go.

Grease and flour one oblong pan or two 9 1/2-inch round pans.
