- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 to 1 cup heavy cream
Directions

1Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into a bowl.

2Add heavy cream to make a light dough.

3Pat or roll 1/2 inch thick.

4Cut into rounds with a floured cutter 1 to 2 inches in diameter.
