  • 4 eggs
  • 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon rind
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

    Mix ingredients.

    Bake in 9-inch spring-form pan at 450° for 10 minutes; then turn temperature to 300° and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Remove from spring-form pan, cool, top with strawberries, cherries or blueberries.
